We were struggling with a slow drip that was pooling on top of our gas fireplace during the rain. Nathan got on top of our (very challenging) roof, saw that everything was capped properly, and then consulted with colleagues about the likelihood of the vent being the problem, which will result in a new shroud being installed in the future. Also cleaned the gas fireplace and the dryer vent. He was prompt, communicative and thorough, and I'd recommend Midtown to others with similar needs.

First time using George and i'm sold for the future. He is knowledgeable, courteous and takes time to explain and counsel. He also leaves no trace-clean as can be. Only downside is you may have 3-4 week wait in peak season, but sign of a good company in demand. A++++
