Jody and Christopher were absolutely exceptional. They were prompt, punctual, and extremely professional—while also being personable and easy to communicate with. From the moment they arrived, they treated my home and personal space with complete respect. Before any work began, they carefully prepped the area, covering floors, rugs, furniture, and the entire workspace to ensure everything was fully protected. Their attention to cleanliness and detail immediately gave me confidence.
The project took place over two days, and throughout that time they remained focused, diligent, and hardworking. They kept me informed every step of the way, clearly explaining what they were doing and what to expect next. Their proactive, customer-first communication style made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I always felt up to date and fully aware of the work being performed.
Even though chimney cleaning and repair can naturally involve dust, noise, and odors, Jody and Christopher went above and beyond to be as minimally intrusive as possible while still working efficiently and effectively. In fact, I felt at ease stepping away and going about my day with total peace of mind, knowing the job was in capable hands.
