Mike explained the process and benefits of getting my pellet stove inspected. I do most of my own maintenance but did want a certified company to look at my stove/venting to ensure everything was in safe working order. The technician was professional and explained that I was doing a good job keeping my stove clean. He also said I was using good quality pellets. I will be using company every couple of years; if nothing else I will have good documentation should I have a major issue with my stove.

Byron and his team turned our 2 outdated fireplaces into modern and highly functional ones that we will use in years to come!!! They helped us figure out how to keep one wood burning (which we love) and converted the other into to a modern gas insert that is very easy to operate. We love them both! They also figured out how to make this work at a very affordable price, much lower than other quotes we had received.

Levi’s communication before, during, and after the appointment was fantastic. He took the extra time to explain to me the reason why behind recommendations and even talked me through his cleaning process. I felt very informed and I felt reassured by his knowledge. Eric has been very helpful and professional. After getting a bid from 2 more companies, we decided to work with Eric to fix a chimney . We're glad we did. Eric is knowledgeable at what he does and took his time to explain anything and everything we needed to know on how a fireplace and chimney works. He replaced a refractory panel, put a custom made chimney chase cover and tuckpointing masonry to fix a chimney leak. He came back multiple times to identify the source of a leak and fix it. I had an issue with my fireplace after my roof was replaced and a part fell down. The team helped determine what the issue was, came to my house in a timely manner and fixed the issue. The team took great care for my house, laying down a sheet, cleaning up the fireplace and making it look better then before. A few weeks ago when we had the 2 days of heavy rain, I noticed water coming into my fireplace from the chimney flue. Midtown and Daniel came out the next day to inspect the chimney and and see why the water was leaking in. Turns out the mortar on the crown of the chimney was cracked pretty bad and two of my three were not covered. Worked with me and gave me an excellent price to get a multi cap, put on the entire chimney and also seal all the cracks. Within a week from the time I called Midtown the repairs were done. The multi cap was installed, it was a great price and I would highly recommend. to use midtown. Excellent work, fast, very fair price, and Daniel was very friendly and easy to work with.

Mason came to clean and inspect the chimney of our wood burning fire place. Also cleaned our dryer vent (long-overdue!). His work was professional and efficient. Definitely recommend.
