Came all the way up to Cheyenne WY to do the job and These guys were on top of their game! What i thought would just be a Chimney clean last fall, turned out to be some much needed repairs. They showed me pictures of what needed done, thoroughly explained the best options, which included temp work to get me through winter without having water damage. When Chris came back to replace the crown and finish up, he made sure everything was cleaned up and done right - again showing me pictures of the final work. Their communication was on point, and Chris was very professional and polite. These guys will be my go-to for Chimney work from here on out.

We used this company to clean our dryer vent. We were able to get an appointment within two days of the request for service. The man who came to clean our dryer was very kind and professional and offered simple advice on how to keep our dryer vent clean. We’ve used this company twice and we would use them again!

I highly recommend Chimney Sweeps! I called on a Friday and received appointment for Monday morning. Daniel came on time and quickly assessed the issue. My chimney liner needed to be replaced. To prevent water damage he installed a temporary cover. I was able to get replacement done the next week. Daniel did an excellent job and documented all of his work. It's great to work with a trustworthy technician.

First time ever dealing with a Chimney Company. Derrick was sent over to Sweep the chimney. Brought to my attention that since I switched from Oil to Gas I needed a liner for the Chimney. Also showed me how the exhaust from the water heater and furnace were not properly attached to the Chimney. Scheduled his team to come back to add a liner and fix the pipes. Kurt and Jeff where the ones that installed the new liner and fixed all the piping to the way it should be. They all provided me with pictures before and after their work. Communicated with me the whole time. They were very friendly and took pride in their work. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I recently hired Midtown Chimney Sweeps of Pittsburgh for a fireplace and chimney cleaning and inspection, which resulted in an excellent and cost-effective investment in our 60-year-old brick house.

Daniel, the local franchise owner, was extremely diligent, thorough, and professional in his work and summarized findings in a full report (complete with photos) that he emailed to us later that day. Yes, there were several issues to be addressed, but he is making it easy to work with on a prioritized action plan over time that makes economic sense.

After a woodpecker spent a day drumming on my chimney cap and flashing, I asked Midtown to come out and inspect the area for any damage. They arrived promptly, (even early!), quickly assessed the situation, providing photos and suggestions for moving forward. Their professionalism, competence, and courtesy was very impressive!

AWESOME!!! I had a last-minute surprise requiring repairs to our fireplace prior to closing the sale of our home in a week. I engaged several companies, but it was Easter week. The only ones to respond was Midtown Chimney Sweeps. They proposed a course of action that made total sense and quoted a very reasonable price. The came out the Monday after Easter and completed the job by noon and it was beautiful! Byron and Bo were the ultimate professionals and super friendly. I knew I was in good hands. Of the 3 companies I have used in the past 3 years, Midtown is definitely the best. I will never use a different chimney service from here moving forward.
