Byron and the team came out today to install our huge new powder coated chimney chase cover. They also detached the metal surround and painted it to match. The custom fabrication was perfect, and everything fits tightly and will be good to go for another 40 years, I’m sure. The service was great. The initial estimate was on time. The scheduling was communicated clearly. The installation was executed well.

My experience with this company was great! The office lady was very sweet! Eric Hartman was who looked at my chimney he was very knowledgeable and was able to explain things so I could understand. What stood at the most to me was they wasn’t trying to drain my pockets but gave me exactly what I needed !!! I will pass your guys info along !!!!

Midtown came to our house to clean our VERY DIRTY flue. This review may sound like I'm complaining, but read on...it has a happy ending!!! Apparently a back draft occurred and soot blew into the house and all over everything! We were in the process of selling our house and it was now filthy. I called Monty & Alice and they jumped on this!! It was late on a Friday, but first thing Monday morning they had a cleaning crew to my house. The crew spent 4 hours cleaning every surface (walls, floors, baseboards, lamps, plants...you name it...they cleaned it). The end result was a very clean flue and a very very clean house. Monty and Alice are the real deal in customer service. Highly recommend Midtown Chimney to anyone!!!!

Had a great (free) phone consultation with Mike. He was extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We aren't quite ready to do this project (doing heat pump and heat pump water heater first), but when we do we will definitely reach out to Mike again.

Talk about excellent service. Marcus on-time, knowledgeable, quick and efficient! Was able to look up and identify that my stove was actually up to code and no extra work needed to be done. The clean took barely over an hour. I would absolutely recommend and will be a using their service next year 🙂

Mike explained the process and benefits of getting my pellet stove inspected. I do most of my own maintenance but did want a certified company to look at my stove/venting to ensure everything was in safe working order. The technician was professional and explained that I was doing a good job keeping my stove clean. He also said I was using good quality pellets. I will be using company every couple of years; if nothing else I will have good documentation should I have a major issue with my stove.
